PowerStep 60-Day Return Policy – Online Orders

Who this policy covers

This policy applies only to PowerStep products purchased online at robertjacobsonsurgicalpharmacy.com. For PowerStep products purchased in our store, please speak with a sales associate at 359 E. Main Street, Mount Kisco, NY, or call 1-800-578-7577.

60 days to try them

Insoles have to be worn to know if they are right for you. PowerStep products ordered on our website can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 60 days of the purchase date, even if you have worn them.

What we need

  • Your online order number
  • The product itself (both insoles of the pair)
  • The original box, if you still have it

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges by mail, the customer also pays to ship the replacement. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Please use a trackable shipping method – we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to return an online order

  1. Call 1-800-578-7577 or email info@robertjacobsonsurgicalpharmacy.com with your order number.
  2. Mail the item to Robert Jacobson Surgical Pharmacy, 359 E. Main Street, Mount Kisco, NY 10549, or drop it off at the store with your order number.
  3. Tell us whether you would like a refund or a different size or model.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method used for the online order once we receive your return. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size or a different PowerStep model? By mail, shipping both ways is the customer’s responsibility. You can also bring your online order to our Mount Kisco store to exchange it. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your online order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 2 business days of delivery. We will replace it and pay the return shipping.

After 60 days

Returns are not accepted more than 60 days after the purchase date.
