PULSE Plus is the PULSE Performance running insole with a built-in metatarsal pad. The pad lifts and spreads the bones behind the ball of the foot, easing the burning or bruised feeling that metatarsalgia and Morton’s neuroma cause during runs.
You still get ShockAbsorb Premium Foam, a neutral arch shell and a deep heel cradle for stability and cushioning from heel to toe.

How to Choose Your Size
Choose the size whose range includes your US shoe size – each option shows the men’s and women’s sizes it fits. Take out your shoe’s factory insole, then slide the PowerStep insole in and push it all the way back to the heel.
Care & Replacement
Spot clean with a mild detergent, do not submerge in water, and air dry. PowerStep advises that insoles typically last 6 months or longer depending on how often and how hard they are worn – replace them when the cushioning flattens or your discomfort returns.
