Cleats, spikes, golf shoes and cycling shoes have almost no room inside. PULSE Thin is a full-length running orthotic with a slim profile, so you can add PowerStep arch support and cushioning to low-volume athletic shoes.
It pairs a neutral arch shell and a low, flat heel cradle with ShockAbsorb Premium Foam, and a non-slip pad at the heel keeps it in place during quick starts, stops and cuts.

What It Helps With
Feet with a normal arch roll slightly inward with every step (pronation). When that inward roll goes a little too far, it puts extra strain on the foot and the joints above it. PowerStep designed this insole to help relieve and prevent pain linked to mild to moderate pronation, including:

How to Choose Your Size
Choose the size whose range includes your US shoe size – each option shows the men’s and women’s sizes it fits. Take out your shoe’s factory insole, then slide the PowerStep insole in and push it all the way back to the heel.
Care & Replacement
Spot clean with a mild detergent, do not submerge in water, and air dry. PowerStep advises that insoles typically last 6 months or longer depending on how often and how hard they are worn – replace them when the cushioning flattens or your discomfort returns.
