Pinnacle Junior 3/4 is an affordable, ready-made orthotic for growing feet, with an angled 2-degree heel platform that positions the heel and steadies the back of the foot.
PowerStep designed it to improve alignment, posture, balance and coordination. The 3/4 length with a tapered edge leaves toes room to move, and two layers of cushioning keep it comfortable.

How to Choose Your Size
Sizes follow US toddler and youth shoe sizes (toddler 8.5 to youth 4). Place the insole on top of the shoe’s existing insole, pushed back against the heel. Kids’ feet grow fast – check the fit every few months.
Care & Replacement
Spot clean with a mild detergent, do not submerge in water, and air dry. PowerStep advises that insoles typically last 6 months or longer depending on how often and how hard they are worn – replace them when the cushioning flattens or your discomfort returns.
