PowerStep Pinnacle Maxx Insoles – Maximum Support for Flat Feet & Overpronation

$57.95

The firmest insole in the Pinnacle family. A rigid-feeling arch shell plus an angled heel post help control moderate to severe overpronation – ideal for flat feet, fallen arches and plantar fasciitis that has not responded to softer inserts.

Description

When feet roll inward a lot with every step, a soft or flexible insert collapses under the load. The Pinnacle Maxx is built to resist that: a firmer arch shell and a built-in angled heel post guide the heel into a better position so the arch is not forced to flatten.

It keeps the same dual-layer cushioning and deep heel cradle as the classic Pinnacle, so it is supportive without feeling hard. Choose the Maxx if you have flat feet, see your shoes wearing on the inside edge, or need more control than a standard arch support provides.

Who It’s For

  • Flat feet and fallen arches
  • Moderate to severe overpronation
  • Plantar fasciitis, heel pain and shin splints linked to overpronation
  • Walking, running, work and casual shoes with removable insoles

What It Helps With

Flat or low arches let the foot roll too far inward (overpronation), pulling the heel, ankle and knee out of line. PowerStep designed this insole to help relieve and prevent pain linked to overpronation, including:

  • Plantar fasciitis (heel and arch pain)
  • Heel spurs
  • Achilles tendonitis
  • Metatarsalgia (ball-of-foot pain)
  • Morton’s neuroma
  • Arch pain and tired, aching feet
  • Shin splints
  • Ankle, knee, hip and lower-back pain
  • Bunions
  • Hammer toes and claw toes
  • Calluses and corns

Persistent or severe foot pain should be checked by a podiatrist or physician. If you have diabetes, neuropathy or poor circulation, ask your doctor before using any orthotic insole.

Key Features

  • Firmer arch shell than the classic Pinnacle, for people who need maximum control
  • Built-in 2-degree angled heel post that keeps the heel from rolling inward
  • Deep heel cradle for stability and motion control
  • Two layers of cushioning – soft foam over a black EVA base – so firm support still feels comfortable
  • Odor-control top fabric that reduces heat, friction and perspiration

How to Choose Your Size

Choose the size whose range includes your US shoe size – each option shows the men’s and women’s sizes it fits. Take out your shoe’s factory insole, then slide the PowerStep insole in and push it all the way back to the heel.

Care & Replacement

Spot clean with a mild detergent, do not submerge in water, and air dry. PowerStep advises that insoles typically last 6 months or longer depending on how often and how hard they are worn – replace them when the cushioning flattens or your discomfort returns.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who should choose the Pinnacle Maxx?

People with flat feet or fallen arches, feet that roll noticeably inward, shoes that wear down on the inside edge, or heel and knee pain that a standard arch support has not fixed.

Does the Pinnacle Maxx help with plantar fasciitis?

Yes. Controlling the inward roll and supporting the arch takes tension off the plantar fascia, which helps relieve pain and keep it from coming back.

Will it feel hard?

It is firmer than the regular Pinnacle but uses the same dual-layer cushioning. Start with a few hours a day and build up.

Can I wear it for sports or work?

Yes – it is built for high-impact activity and all-day wear in athletic shoes, walking shoes and work boots.

How long do PowerStep insoles last?

PowerStep says 6 months or longer with normal use. Daily wear, running or heavy work shortens that – replace them when the cushioning feels flat, the arch feels softer, or your pain returns.

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

Yes – PowerStep lists this insole as HSA/FSA eligible.
