Description
Standing or walking on concrete for hours wears down feet, knees and backs. The Pinnacle Work is built for that kind of day: PowerStep’s supportive neutral arch shell and deep heel cradle, topped with ShockAbsorb Premium Foam that springs back with every step instead of going flat halfway through your shift.
Its black top cover and black base hide wear in work boots and safety shoes, and it moves easily between pairs.
Who It’s For
- Standing or walking all day on hard floors
- Work boots, safety shoes and clogs with removable insoles
- Healthcare, retail, hospitality, warehouse and trade workers
- Foot, knee and back fatigue at the end of a shift
What It Helps With
Feet with a normal arch roll slightly inward with every step (pronation). When that inward roll goes a little too far, it puts extra strain on the foot and the joints above it. PowerStep designed this insole to help relieve and prevent pain linked to mild to moderate pronation, including:
- Plantar fasciitis (heel and arch pain)
- Heel spurs
- Achilles tendonitis
- Arch pain and tired, aching feet
- Shin splints
- Ankle, knee, hip and lower-back pain
- Bunions
- Hammer toes and claw toes
- Calluses and corns
Persistent or severe foot pain should be checked by a podiatrist or physician. If you have diabetes, neuropathy or poor circulation, ask your doctor before using any orthotic insole.

How to Choose Your Size
Choose the size whose range includes your US shoe size – each option shows the men’s and women’s sizes it fits. Take out your shoe’s factory insole, then slide the PowerStep insole in and push it all the way back to the heel.
Care & Replacement
Spot clean with a mild detergent, do not submerge in water, and air dry. PowerStep advises that insoles typically last 6 months or longer depending on how often and how hard they are worn – replace them when the cushioning flattens or your discomfort returns.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will they fit in steel-toe boots?
Yes, in most work boots with a removable insole. Take the factory insole out first and compare lengths.
How is it different from the regular Pinnacle?
Same arch support, but with a springier ShockAbsorb foam top layer for long shifts and a black cover that suits work footwear.
How long does it take to get used to them?
Most people adjust within 1 to 3 days. Wear them for a few hours the first day and add time each day. Mild awareness of the arch at first is normal; sharp pain is not – stop and ask us or your podiatrist.
How long do PowerStep insoles last?
PowerStep says 6 months or longer with normal use. Daily wear, running or heavy work shortens that – replace them when the cushioning feels flat, the arch feels softer, or your pain returns.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes – PowerStep lists this insole as HSA/FSA eligible.
