PowerStep Pinnacle High Arch Insoles – Supination Support

$54.95

A taller arch shell built for high-arched feet. The Pinnacle High fills the gap under a high arch to spread pressure away from the heel and ball of the foot, with dual-layer cushioning for feet that roll outward (supination).

Description

High arches leave a gap under the middle of the foot, so the heel and ball of the foot carry most of your weight. A standard insole does not reach the arch – the Pinnacle High does. Its taller semi-rigid shell makes full contact with a high arch, spreading pressure more evenly.

Because high-arched feet tend to be rigid and absorb shock poorly, the Pinnacle High pairs that support with two layers of cushioning and a deep heel cradle for stability.

Who It’s For

  • High arches (cavus foot)
  • Supination / underpronation (feet rolling outward)
  • Pressure and pain at the heel or ball of the foot
  • Arch pain and plantar fasciitis in high-arched feet

What It Helps With

High arches tend to roll the foot outward (supination). Weight lands on the outer edge, the heel and the ball of the foot, and the foot absorbs shock poorly. PowerStep designed this insole to help relieve and prevent pain linked to supination, including:

  • Plantar fasciitis (heel and arch pain)
  • Heel spurs
  • Achilles tendonitis
  • Ball-of-foot pain
  • Morton’s neuroma
  • Fat pad atrophy (thinning cushion under the heel or ball of the foot)
  • Stress fractures in the feet and lower legs
  • Shin splints
  • Ankle, knee, hip and lower-back pain
  • Bunions
  • Hammer toes and claw toes
  • Calluses and corns

Persistent or severe foot pain should be checked by a podiatrist or physician. If you have diabetes, neuropathy or poor circulation, ask your doctor before using any orthotic insole.

How to Choose Your Size

Choose the size whose range includes your US shoe size – each option shows the men’s and women’s sizes it fits. Take out your shoe’s factory insole, then slide the PowerStep insole in and push it all the way back to the heel.

Care & Replacement

Spot clean with a mild detergent, do not submerge in water, and air dry. PowerStep advises that insoles typically last 6 months or longer depending on how often and how hard they are worn – replace them when the cushioning flattens or your discomfort returns.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if I have high arches?

Try the wet footprint test: if your footprint shows the heel and ball of the foot with only a thin strip – or nothing – connecting them, you likely have a high arch. Our staff can also take a look in store.

How is it different from the regular Pinnacle?

Same cushioning and heel cradle, but a taller arch contour built for high arches and feet that roll outward.

Can I use the Pinnacle High for plantar fasciitis?

Yes, if you have high arches. Filling the gap under the arch reduces strain on the plantar fascia. People with medium arches usually do better in the standard Pinnacle.

How long does it take to get used to them?

Most people adjust within 1 to 3 days. Wear them for a few hours the first day and add time each day. Mild awareness of the arch at first is normal; sharp pain is not – stop and ask us or your podiatrist.

How long do PowerStep insoles last?

PowerStep says 6 months or longer with normal use. Daily wear, running or heavy work shortens that – replace them when the cushioning feels flat, the arch feels softer, or your pain returns.

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

Yes – PowerStep lists this insole as HSA/FSA eligible.
