Description
Bridge combines the comfort of a cushioned insole with the support of an orthotic. Its podiatrist-designed arch structure flexes to fit low, medium and high arches, so it works for most feet – and most people in a household.
Two layers of cushioning do the work: a memory-foam top that molds to your foot, and a PowerStep Energize foam base with channels that spread your weight and return energy (over 55% per step in a third-party test). In PowerStep’s 2021 wear study, 98% of participants reported less pain after one week.
Who It’s For
- First-time insole users
- Mixed arch heights in a household
- Everyday comfort and light support
What It Helps With
Its adaptable arch fits flat, medium and high arches. PowerStep designed Bridge to help relieve and prevent:
- Plantar fasciitis (heel and arch pain)
- Foot and heel pain from running, walking and working
- Ankle, knee, hip and lower-back pain
- Pain linked to overpronation, normal pronation or supination
Persistent or severe foot pain should be checked by a podiatrist or physician. If you have diabetes, neuropathy or poor circulation, ask your doctor before using any orthotic insole.

How to Choose Your Size
Bridge comes in 5 broad sizes (A–E). Take out your shoe’s factory insole, lay it on top of the Bridge insole and trim the toe end to match, then slide the Bridge in against the back of the shoe.
Care & Replacement
Spot clean with a mild detergent, do not submerge in water, and air dry. PowerStep advises that insoles typically last 6 months or longer depending on how often and how hard they are worn – replace them when the cushioning flattens or your discomfort returns.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Bridge right for my arch type?
Yes – the adaptable arch flexes to match low, medium and high arches.
Do I need to trim it?
Usually, yes. Each size covers a wide range, so trim the toe end using your shoe’s original insole as a guide.
Bridge or Pinnacle?
Bridge is an affordable, flexible all-rounder. Choose the Pinnacle for firmer, more targeted support for plantar fasciitis.
How long does it take to get used to them?
Most people adjust within 1 to 3 days. Wear them for a few hours the first day and add time each day. Mild awareness of the arch at first is normal; sharp pain is not – stop and ask us or your podiatrist.
How long do PowerStep insoles last?
PowerStep says 6 months or longer with normal use. Daily wear, running or heavy work shortens that – replace them when the cushioning feels flat, the arch feels softer, or your pain returns.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes – PowerStep lists this insole as HSA/FSA eligible.
