Description
Some feet need support and softness. With age, the natural fat pad under the heel and ball of the foot can thin, making every step feel harder. The Pinnacle Memory Foam adds a slow-recovery memory-foam layer on top of the Pinnacle’s semi-rigid neutral arch shell.
The foam molds to your foot for a cushioned, personalized feel, while the shell underneath keeps the arch supported.
Who It’s For
- Sensitive or tender feet
- Thinning heel and forefoot fat pads
- Heel and arch pain with a need for extra cushioning
- Long days of walking or standing
What It Helps With
Feet with a normal arch roll slightly inward with every step (pronation). When that inward roll goes a little too far, it puts extra strain on the foot and the joints above it. PowerStep designed this insole to help relieve and prevent pain linked to mild to moderate pronation, including:
- Plantar fasciitis (heel and arch pain)
- Heel spurs
- Achilles tendonitis
- Arch pain and tired, aching feet
- Shin splints
- Ankle, knee, hip and lower-back pain
- Bunions
- Hammer toes and claw toes
- Calluses and corns
- Fat pad atrophy (thinning cushion under the heel or ball of the foot)
Persistent or severe foot pain should be checked by a podiatrist or physician. If you have diabetes, neuropathy or poor circulation, ask your doctor before using any orthotic insole.

How to Choose Your Size
Choose the size whose range includes your US shoe size – each option shows the men’s and women’s sizes it fits. Take out your shoe’s factory insole, then slide the PowerStep insole in and push it all the way back to the heel.
Care & Replacement
Spot clean with a mild detergent, do not submerge in water, and air dry. PowerStep advises that insoles typically last 6 months or longer depending on how often and how hard they are worn – replace them when the cushioning flattens or your discomfort returns.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is it as supportive as the regular Pinnacle?
Yes – it uses the same arch shell. The difference is the softer memory-foam top layer.
Who is it best for?
People with sensitive or tender feet, thinning padding under the heel or ball of the foot, or anyone who wants maximum softness with real arch support.
How long does it take to get used to them?
Most people adjust within 1 to 3 days. Wear them for a few hours the first day and add time each day. Mild awareness of the arch at first is normal; sharp pain is not – stop and ask us or your podiatrist.
How long do PowerStep insoles last?
PowerStep says 6 months or longer with normal use. Daily wear, running or heavy work shortens that – replace them when the cushioning feels flat, the arch feels softer, or your pain returns.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes – PowerStep lists this insole as HSA/FSA eligible.
