Description
Most insoles come in a single arch height. Heat Moldable insoles let you shape the arch to your own foot: warm them in a regular oven, step in, and the heat-moldable EVA base forms to your arch – low, medium or high.
The result is a closer, more personal fit than a standard insole at a fraction of the cost of custom orthotics, with two layers of cushioning and a deep heel cradle. They can be re-molded up to 5 times.

How to Heat-Mold Your Insoles
- Preheat a regular oven or toaster oven to 225°F. Loosen the shoes you will mold them in and take out the factory insoles.
- Test the fit first – push each insole all the way back to the heel and trim the toe end if needed.
- Heat one insole at a time on the middle rack, fabric side up, with the black temperature tab facing out. Check the tab after 1½ minutes; take the insole out when the tab turns red. If it has not, check again every 15 seconds (up to about 5 minutes). Do not overheat.
- Quickly put the warm insole in the loosened shoe. Wearing socks, step in and stand with your knees slightly bent for 1 minute while it sets.
- Repeat with the other insole.

How to Choose Your Size
Choose the size whose range includes your US shoe size – each option shows the men’s and women’s sizes it fits. Take out your shoe’s factory insole, then slide the PowerStep insole in and push it all the way back to the heel.
Care & Replacement
Spot clean with a mild detergent, do not submerge in water, and air dry. PowerStep advises that insoles typically last 6 months or longer depending on how often and how hard they are worn – replace them when the cushioning flattens or your discomfort returns.
