Description
Not every shoe has a removable insole or room for a full-length orthotic. The Pinnacle 3/4 supports the heel and arch only, ending before the toes, so it slips into tighter dress shoes and casual shoes without crowding your feet.
A non-slip pad on the bottom keeps it in place, and the semi-rigid neutral shell gives the same style of support as the full-length Pinnacle.
Who It’s For
- Dress shoes, loafers and tighter casual shoes
- Shoes with non-removable insoles
- Arch and heel pain, plantar fasciitis
- People who want support without losing toe room
What It Helps With
Feet with a normal arch roll slightly inward with every step (pronation). When that inward roll goes a little too far, it puts extra strain on the foot and the joints above it. PowerStep designed this insole to help relieve and prevent pain linked to mild to moderate pronation, including:
- Plantar fasciitis (heel and arch pain)
- Heel spurs
- Achilles tendonitis
- Arch pain and tired, aching feet
- Shin splints
- Ankle, knee, hip and lower-back pain
- Bunions
- Hammer toes and claw toes
- Calluses and corns
Persistent or severe foot pain should be checked by a podiatrist or physician. If you have diabetes, neuropathy or poor circulation, ask your doctor before using any orthotic insole.

How to Choose Your Size
Choose the size whose range includes your US shoe size. Keep your shoe’s own insole in place and set the 3/4 insole on top, pushed back against the heel. 3/4 sizes cover different ranges than full-length PowerStep sizes, so check the range shown in each option.
Care & Replacement
Spot clean with a mild detergent, do not submerge in water, and air dry. PowerStep advises that insoles typically last 6 months or longer depending on how often and how hard they are worn – replace them when the cushioning flattens or your discomfort returns.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I remove my shoe’s insole first?
No. 3/4 insoles sit on top of the existing insole, which makes them ideal for shoes where the insole is glued in.
Which shoes is it best for?
Dress shoes, loafers, flats and snug casual shoes – anywhere a full-length orthotic would crowd your toes.
Are 3/4 sizes the same as full-length sizes?
No. The letter sizes cover different ranges, so pick by the shoe-size range shown in each option.
How long do PowerStep insoles last?
PowerStep says 6 months or longer with normal use. Daily wear, running or heavy work shortens that – replace them when the cushioning feels flat, the arch feels softer, or your pain returns.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes – PowerStep lists this insole as HSA/FSA eligible.
